YMG Wellness Clients are individuals seeking to connect with their inner selves and communicate effectively as they strive to become their best and most authentic versions. They work towards overcoming interpersonal struggles, including addiction, physical challenges, and isolation, ultimately moving from feeling "Apart From" to becoming "A Part Of". We offer both group and individual sessions that incorporate personalized wellness practices, such as yoga, meditation techniques, breath work, and reiki to enhance wellness benefits.

Yoga

Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines that originated in ancient India. These practices aim to control and still the mind, fostering a detached witness-consciousness that remains untouched by the mind and mundane suffering. Additionally, yoga offers numerous wellness benefits, including enhanced meditation techniques. For those seeking a more personalized wellness journey, we provide various options such as indoor, outdoor, online, individual, and group classes, as well as reiki sessions.

One-on-one sessions are available and can be incredibly beneficial for personalized wellness. By incorporating movement, meditation, breath work, and Reiki, we address individualized issues and problem areas, all while enjoying wellness benefits that fit into your schedule! Additionally, yoga can be included to enhance the overall experience.

Meditation

Meditation is a term that is sometimes used in a vague and unspecific way in the modern world, which can lead to confusion about how to practice it effectively. Some individuals use the word 'meditate' interchangeably with 'think' or 'contemplate,' while others might use it to describe daydreaming or imagination. 


In the realm of personalized wellness, meditation serves as a practical method to calm the mind, break down prejudices, and observe what is present, openly and clearly.
