It is gross, but worth it. Think of the Buckleys’ tagline. “It tastes awful. And it works.”'
It is my belief, although I have not conducted any scientific research to confirm this, that it strengthens the immune system, boosts energy, and aids in weight loss and digestion.
My Magic Potion isn’t a super complicated recipe. It’s a mixture of fresh lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, turmeric, ginger, and cayenne pepper (I use bottled spices), along with a dollop of honey.
How much you want to use of each is up to you! After I squeeze the lemons, I simmer them on low in some water and add that to the mixture. I use organic apple cider vinegar and preservative-free honey. I don’t typically care to buy those sorts of products, but there’s something about using the right ingredients when making up a magic health potion.
When it’s done, it should be the colour of orange juice, depending on how much you use. Play around with it. Also, please put it in a bottle. You’ll need to shake it before serving.
I've got you covered. Reach out to buy a few bottles of my next batch!
